We had a 1 hour session in discord and I learned a lot from only that one hour. A great coach and a seems like a great person aswell.
I've been working with O'Brayyen to improve my carry gameplay in Dota 2, and the progress has been insane. Before coaching, I felt stuck in my decision-making, farming patterns, and overall impact in the late game. After a few sessions, I’ve noticed a real difference. He helped break down my replays, pointed out key mistakes I kept making (like overcommitting to fights when I should be farming or not playing around my timings), and really drilled into my head the importance of efficiency and map awareness. We also worked on hero-specific mechanics, laning matchups, and how to transition from laning to mid/late game properly. One of the best parts? O'Brayyen didn’t just tell me what to do—they made sure I understood why, which really helped things stick. Super chill, patient, and clearly knows the game at a deep level. Highly recommend for anyone trying to break through a plateau or just sharpen up their carry fundamentals. Best money spent from my life.
5/5 recommended Im not a fan of coaching staff but I tried one with O'Brayyen and he taught me my errors on lane stage and what should I do better . He showed me my flaw after coaching i get 9 wins in a row which I get rarely ...thank coach
This was my first ever professional and polite coaching experience, he immediately put me at ease by understanding the various problems from the replays. Furthermore, he is super available even outside session hours for information and advice. I immediately had an improvement in my games both in general skill level and on a mental level on how to approach the game and players and items. So in conclusion I absolutely recommend him if I could I would give him 10 out of 10 XD let him train you he has become monsters gl hf
honestly the best coach i have ever worked with, very professional and makes you feel appreciated. I learned alot especially when it came to midlane and specifically when to push lanes, item prioritization and building, farm optimization and finally in game timings. As i am a newer player i got rejected from multiple coaching requests but NRM.O'Brayyen accepted me with open arms and taught me as if he had known me all of his life, great coach, highly recommend.
A lot of knowledge is saved in this player, everyone who seeks to improve any bit from their gameplay this person will help you out! He speaks with understanding untill you get what he is saying. Big help even for ppl who want to spam 1 hero :)
I learned how to play early game on carry really well, he helped me build a good mindset and offset all the thoughts I had that were negative. I am learning and understanding mid to late game. His analysis and what I should do has helped me win some games but there is no sizable progress yet. I will keep you posted on my journey.
Absolutely best pos1 coach you can get, highly recommend. I returned to game after 10 years and did not understand a thing on how to play modern Dota. Decided to seek professional coaching, and I couldn't have made a better choice. First of all he is top EU player himself so nothing is a better advertisement of his skills and dedication to the game. The in-depth game knowledge is reflected in the tips and guidance he gives. He is very effective communicator and can translate ideas in the actions understandable to casual player. On the other hand, the coaching is patient and kept in cheerful tone. So moving to the specifics, you will learn the following: what to focus during the first 2 minutes to ensure good start of the game, how to win/not lose the lane, how to farm (I moved from having like 80 CS in 20 min mark to spamming Luna with nearly 300 CS in 20 min and 500 in 30 min mark), how to prioritize objectives, how to position in teamfights, how to itemize, how to play map, how to push high ground and most importantly how to win. Drawbacks? From now on you would not be able to pass all the blame for losing games onto randoms in your team, as you will see how many suboptimal things you are doing during the single match.
great review, very detailed, you can see he puts a lot of effort in this and i think it will help me a lot!
nice review, definitely got some key things to focus on. Thanks!
It was what I needed! He helped me with a lot of explainations and examples about what I was doing wrong and how to improve my game. He taught me timers, things to do on the map, where I am suppose to be and , the most important thing, how to farm. I warmly recommend him, he knows what he's doing! Respect!
Awesome coach! I learned a lot from him. If you are serious about the game and want to climb mmr he is the one for you. You will gain comprehensive understanding of the game and improve gradually over time. I cant say enough about him. He is a great coach and over sessions became a good friend ^.^
Good review. Thanks
5/5 I was legend 5 when i started my coaching sessions with this man and after one month i am up to ancient 5 we go over a lot of fundamentals of dota and have a lot of talks on how to improve in dota consistently instead of small tricks to just gain mmr for a bit
Great review! Very comprehensive and insightful. Thanks very much. Top class review.
God, you're awesome
Very good experience. 10 out of 5 stars. I'm a 4.4k MMR player and I learned so much in just 1 hour. For the price, the coaching session was a steal; I would've paid double. I learned a lot of things that I was never aware of: hero matchups, starting-item choices, laning mechanics just to name a few. Be curious and ask a lot of questions, this guy knows his stuff. Super nice and easy going as well. I will definitely do more coaching sessions with Brayyen in the future!
Excellent coach, we had a short trial - around 15 minutes or so, in which he pointed out a lot of inconsistencies in my laning/macro mid-game. Afterwards, we got a full-on coaching session where it was the trial on steroids. Upon finishing the coaching session, my winrate rose a lot. Having a 13 game winstreak aftewards. Totally recommended!
We did one session the other day. I really liked how detailed O'Brayyen looked into my game, especially my laning phase. He pointed out a lot of things, and I became aware of many things I didn't know before.
Great review! Very comprehensive and insightful. Thanks very much. Top class review.
Very patient when giving tips and coaching, fixed my laning phase first and then focused on mid to late game. Currently working on going high ground. My win rate gone up since we started and gained 400 mmr from 1.26k to 1.56k(3 or 4 sessions)
With O Brayyen I actually learned alot about my mistakes and he helped me to improve it, about hero gamestyle and power spikes, he is super chill guy which is cool because u dont feel like your under a pressure and I would highly recommend O Brayyen as a coach especially to pos 1 players. Super amazing experience with him!
There are many reasons why I considered O Brayyen before being my coach, 1. He comes from a very competitive EU scene, 2. He plays consistently against professional Dota players, 3. He is at the highest of the one percent of players in his role. After seeking his coaching and agreeing to a deal with multiple options (I choose 3 sessions and one additional as his special offer), he has surpassed my expectations as my coach. He is willing to spend more time with you addressing strategy, mechanics, settings, and thought processes behind the choices. He can choose the things to work with you or you can ask for a specific goal that he will aid you in fulfilling (meaning he is flexible to your needs). O Brayyen will answer any quick questions after your coaching session as needed. I do appreciate him as my coach but that is not why I would recommend him. If you want to understand information through the lens of a Higher level and help you not only during a specific patch but also gain a way of learning that can help you grow as a player for many patches to come, He will be your coach that will no doubt give you an unparallel advantage in your games. Since I have had 2 coaching sessions I have gained 4 medals or about 750 MMR. This has been in the span of 10 days.
I am impressed by how much details in my replay analysis. It was vey very helpful, thank you :)
This was a big jebait. Waste of 20$. Session only lasted 35 min. Man sounded super disinterested and bored. There were no real lessons, just "do X, do Y," and never went into the why of things. On any topic he just says one or two sentences and moves on without elaborating. The accent sometimes makes it hard to make out what he's saying. In the games after the session some of the micro stuff worked but the macro decisions felt really confusing. I felt lost in my games. You can't apply two sentence statements to a complex game like Dota. The worst part is that when I provided feedback for him, he got super defensive and passive aggressive. I don't think he's interested in coaching at all, honestly. He has a training program that you're supposed to get around 9 sessions for and one session is 20$. If you have to work with him for that long and he responds to feedback super passive aggressive and low-key flame-y, it's not gonna be a good experience. He also did a replay review of mine on this site and he was phoning it in there too. Some of the tips there were contradictory to the tips in the coaching session. "How many things do you think i can teach you in 1 seassion of coach (1h-1h20min) ? When the game knowledge is way to deep!" Bruh you phoned it in for 35 mins and there was no teaching taking place, just surface level analysis. I couldn't carry it over to my games. I would rather things be deep rather than surface level, "do X, go Y build" shit. If you can't teach me how to approach just one macro decision in one session, it's kinda worthless. Going in I was super enthusiastic and interested in this whole thing but now I'm just demoralized. This guy just didn't care.
Thank you for helping me gain mmr faster then ever before! O'Brayyen is friendly and super easy to understand. His coaching methods are awesome and i am thankful for the work he did! 100 percent recommended from Jozko.
I've done 3 sessions so far with O'Brayyen and plan on doing 5 more with him. Our time zones are very different but we still find good times for both of us to do sessions. He really helped me with what I was doing wrong and what I could be doing better. My early game was absolutely awful and ever since I've done coaching with him my gameplay has gotten a lot better. He also let's you know what you're doing right when it comes to gameplay as well as starting items/what to build. We've even gone over some of his replay's and how he plays is exactly how he teaches which is super helpful in realizing what works and what doesn't. Asking him questions doesn't feel awkward at all and he explains well why you should do something. He also plans to send me something to help me draft better with the hero's that I like to play. I genuinely recommend him as a coach if you're looking to play carry, he's super nice and very chill.

I used to lose a lot of mmr before I met O'Brayyen. As an ex support player, transitioning from the most selfless and combat oriented role to the role which had less team fight, more farm and most of the games the winning condition heroes, I struggled with the constant guilt of not being there in all the fights my teammates where fighting, to create space for me. The 'culpability' was a hard 'drug' for me to avoid in many games and it influenced my decision making across multiple games. Thanks to O'Brayyen, now I know I have to play around my power spikes, my strengths, not my weaknesses. No longer am I returning to my original lane after I see it's impossible to farm there, no longer am I influenced by the 84 consecutive pings from my account lvl 24 first pick pos5 Pudge, that threaten me they will have their way with half my female relatives if I do not teleport in that exact moment, for that exact team fight, which btw, in hindsight, the fights doesn't bring any advantages, neither short or long term. Cheers O'Brayyen for showing me you only need a good plan with the patience and discipline to execute it and I will be 'condemned' to win mmr.
Very good coach. Told me what i dont wrong and right and how to improve my performance on the hero for the next time.
